A town that is consumed by an energy that is unstoppable by the citizens of Greenbrier County, WV…energy for sharing, caring, giving, helping and loving.

The Town of Rainelle, chartered in 1913, uses a Mayor/Council form of government. Town Council consists of five members, including the Mayor and Recorder. Municipal Elections are held on the second Tuesday in June in odd-numbered years. The Mayor, Recorder and Council members run for two-year terms.

Council meetings are held regularly on second and fourth Mondays of every month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. For more information, call Town Hall at 304-438-7191. Town Hall is open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
